By downloading, installing, or using the Psychifi app or website (psychifi.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Psychifi.
Psychifi is a personal wellness tool designed to support self-awareness, healthy habits, and emotional reflection. It is not a medical device, a mental health treatment, or a substitute for professional psychological or psychiatric care. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Psychifi (or 16 years old in the European Union). By using Psychifi, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and device access. All data you enter into Psychifi — check-ins, journal entries, exercise completions — belongs to you. We act as a steward of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use Psychifi only for personal, non-commercial wellness purposes. You must not:
Psychifi is a wellness application, not a medical service. The micro-exercises, check-in prompts, and insights it provides are intended to support general self-awareness and healthy habits — not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

All content, design, code, and materials in Psychifi — including the Psychifi name, logo, and exercise libraries — are owned by or licensed to Psychifi and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
If you grant Psychifi access to Apple HealthKit, your use of that data integration is also governed by Apple's HealthKit terms. Psychifi uses HealthKit data only as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Psychifi and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Psychifi if you violate these terms. You may stop using Psychifi and delete the app at any time.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use of Psychifi after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Psychifi is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
